Sign language TV news in Mozambique is available for deaf people in the country. A Deaf man, Sousa Camanguira, founded TV Surdo Mozambique, so that people who sign can access the current news through Mozambique Sign Language. He also hopes that hearing people in Mozambique will watch the channel as a way to learn sign language. TV Surdo Mozambique broadcasts a news program once a week.

The web page at the link is partly accessible for people using screen reading software. Some images do not use alternative tags to describe them for people who cannot see. The news story is in written English.
