Learn basic information about Deaf human rights. This toolkit begins with an introduction to the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD). Furthermore, it explains what human rights are. It also explains how governments and others monitor and implement human rights. In addition, it summarizes the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). Meanwhile, it explains deaf rights in relation to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the 2030 Agenda. Both the CRPD and the SDGs are important for deaf human rights
